Order Cancellation & Amendment

You have the option to cancel your order within 30 minutes after checkout.

However, order cancellation and amendment function (change size, color or shipping address) is currently UNAVAILABLE on the website. For assistance with amendments, please contact our customer service via WhatsApp at +65 8810 9683.

Q: Can I request cancellation after 30 minutes or selected item(s) only?
A: We are sorry to share that we cannot cancel selected item(s) in your online order or cancellation after 30 minutes as our team will process the delivery shipment arrangement.

You may consider returning for refund or exchange if chosen wrong item in your online order.

Q: Can I change / update my shipping address for Home Delivery order?
A: You may cancel the online order within 30 mins after the order confirmed and place a new online order with correct details.

If your online order proceeded and shipped, please contact the assigned courier service for further assist to change your details.

Q: I had cancelled my order but not receiving the refund yet.
A: Once the online order cancelled successfully, the payment transaction will be cancelled immediately.

However, your payment credit/ debit card issuing bank may require 7-14 business days to reflect the said amount in your account. Feel free to reach our customer care team via WhatsApp +65 8810 9683 or email hello@xotd.sg should the amount not reflecting yet after the mentioned period.

To ensure your smooth online shopping experience and proceed checkout without any problem, please make sure all your personal account details below are well registered correctly:

a. Full Name: Using your real name is strongly recommended.
b. Email Address: Enter a valid email address to activate your account.
c. Contact Number: Omit country code
d. Password: Must contain more than six alphanumeric, at least one capital letter.
e. Confirm Password: Same as above
*Please do not include the symbol "+", "-", "( )" when inputting your contact number

【Password Creation】
New password must fulfil the following requirements:
i. 8 - 20 characters
ii. Should contain minimum 1 capital letter

Once you submitted the registration form, you will receive a Welcome Email to verify your email account within 10 minutes. Please click “Confirm Email Address” to complete your online account registration.

Q: What if I didn’t receive the Welcome Email after register?
A: We would recommend checking your Spam/ Junk mail for our system auto-reply email. If you are unable to find our email, it may due to your email setting had blocked anonymous mailing address. Please set our system email address [noreply@xotd.com.sg] as your Safe Sender/ Safe Mailing List and try again.

Reset Password

New password must fulfill the following requirements:
i. Password must be 8 - 20 letters
ii. Password must contain at least one capital letter.

Here are the steps to reset your login password:
1) Click [FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD] in the Login page.
2) Fill in your registered email address and click [SUBMIT].
3) You will receive an email from system with your personal reset password link within an hour. 
4) Open the link and change your password.
* Please check your email Spam/Junk folder.
* The password reset link will be valid for 2 hours only.
* Password must be 8 - 20 letters.
* Password must contain at least one capital letter.

Payment Error & Failed order
If there was an error in processing your order, we would recommend the normal troubleshooting steps:
  1. Using a different device. 
  2. Use Google Chrome or switch to Incognito mode.
  3. Check with your card issuing bank.
  4. Remove all the items in the cart and re-add before checkout.
Alternatively, you may click below options if having a similar error or issue:

No Order Confirmation Email / No Order in [My Order].
You can find all orders in My Order of your account profile. A successful order will have an order number under “To ship”. At the same time, you will receive order confirmation email after placing orders successfully. If there's no order number found in “To ship”, it means that your order was unsuccessful
